We can stop these deaths or delay these deaths by following health eating habits and some routine exercise. This is not difficult and neither it required money or special effort. All it needs your determination and will power to follow exercise and diet routine at your pace. Once you start following daily routine with in couple of weeks you will start noticing great changes in your body stamina and the positive attitude it brings in your life.

In today's fast paced life, we really have no time to think about our self. Most of the time we are struggling to get things done for the day commitments to kids, friends, and office work consume our most of the time. . With our dependence on cars and public transportation we hardly use our body for physical activity. With no active workout or exercise routine in daily life our body starts accumulating fat.

You can start any moment to change course of your life. All it needs few minutes to 1 hour daily from your daily schedule. It is recommended start with 15-30 minutes of walking and as you gain stamina and confidence move to more intensive exercises such as aerobics, running, swimming etc. In the beginning give time to body adjust with required effort for exercise.
